River Center Community Group Sign Up

Welcome! Please use this form to sign up for any community groups you’d like to join. Fill out one form per family.

If only one person in your family plans to attend a specific group, they can complete a separate form for that group. For example, if your family is attending River Center in Home Sweet Home, but only Dad plans to attend The Shop, fill out one form for the family and have Dad complete a separate form for The Shop.
